Refund & Cancellation Policy
This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or request a refund for a product or service purchased through the Platform.
Order Cancellations
- Cancellation requests are considered only if made within 7 days of placing the order.
- Requests may be declined if the order has already been communicated to the seller or merchant listed on the Platform and they have initiated shipping or the product is out for delivery. In such cases, you may refuse delivery at the doorstep.
- Cancellation is not available for perishable items such as flowers or eatables. Refunds or replacements for these items are offered only when the delivered product quality is demonstrably unsatisfactory.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive damaged or defective items, notify our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. The seller or merchant listed on the Platform will review and verify the claim before a resolution is provided.
If the product delivered differs from its description on the Platform or does not meet your expectations, contact customer service within 7 days. After assessing your complaint, the customer service team will determine the appropriate course of action.
Manufacturer Warranties
For products covered by a manufacturer warranty, please direct your concerns to the respective manufacturer.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds from HEYPKV Innovations Private Limited will be processed within 7 days.
